District Elder Paula L. Tiller
Paula L. Tiller is the daughter of Forrest and Gretchen Smith Lowe, born in Circleville, Ohio. She committed her life to Jesus Christ as a young woman and has advanced from Sunday School teacher to Evangelist, to Pastor, to the Board of Directors of the Ohio District Council of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. In her youth, known for singing, people know Pastor Tiller for her love of teaching God's word. She is the anointed and empowered Visionary and Founder of Faith Ministries, a dynamic Apostolic Ministry that has brought tremendous healing and holistic prosperity to spiritually thirsty and hungry people. She is an accomplished Conference speaker, seasoned Psalmist, Women's Counselor, Young Girls Counselor, Teacher, Event Consultant, and Seasoned Playwright.
Pastor Tiller is God's vessel to deliver a message of total and complete healing that teaches redemptive resolutions and empowerment in one's life through God's promises and covenants He has with His children. In the office of a Prophet, Pastor Tiller reveals what Christ has stored up for those who believe and obey. When she teaches, she touches the "realness" of what people experience in their everyday life under an anointing of deliverance, purity, and honesty.
Pastor Paula L. Tiller was ordained and licensed through Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. Diocesan Bishop James Gaiters Sr. selected Pastor Tiller for elevation, confirming her, July 6, 2017, as District Elder. Currently, on the Board of Directors, Pastor Tiller served the ODC's Credentials Committee and Pulpit Committee. An assignment from God is restoring the aesthetic beauty and functionality of the Ohio District Council campground.
Evidence of the success of her ministry is the growing ministries of her daughters Apostle Lynnette Tiller Appling; Christian entrepreneur, singer, author, media owner and international women conference director and Prophetess Mary Tiller Wood; award-winning singer/songwriter and worship conference director.
This woman of God shares with us a powerful voice delivering a fresh word from God. Pastor Tiller's favorite Bible verse is, "For I know the thoughts that I have toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not evil, to give you an expected end." Jeremiah 29:11. She expects to be used by God, anointed, and empowered to teach His word. Blessed in the ministry, Pastor Tiller operates in the gifts of administration, prophecy, laying on of hands, teaching, and discernment of spirits. Her message to those who will hear is God is real.
